Help me find new wheels and tires for a Ofna Monster Pirate

I have this old monster pirate truck, has super wide tires with a small offset so they stick out really wide. Ive been to a few hobby stores and cant find any wheels that fit, or any tires as these are huge but have a small rim size. I was thinking about maybe cutting a section of the wheel to make it narrower to use any type of tire. I think the monster pirate uses the same parts as the ofna buggy but im not sure. Also the steering radius is huge and I believe is from the super wide wheels.

Any one have any idea what the numbers are for the wheels and tires, or a brand of wheel that will fit the axle.

when you take a wheel off is the axle hub a 17mm hex or a 14mm hex?

Well I found the ofna site and all the wheel and tires I need, but looks like from the site its the 17mm. http://www.ofna.com/tires-monster.html#pirate

I see they have some wheels that use the tmaxx tires, and what looks like adapters to use tmaxx wheels?

17mm us truggy and buggy type wheels while 14mm is traxxas maxx wheels

I think TMaxx and Revo wheels are now 17mm...
