How does a stock clod perform but with new shocks? I am going to get a super clod buster and might wait to build a custom frame ;-) and can I run 4 shocks instead of 8?

Like ****.

You can run one shock per corner and gain about an extra half inch of articulation. You put the top of the shock in the most inboard hole, and the bottom of the shock in the outermost hole. It's like laying the shock down.

It'll still be pretty stinking lousy though.

running eight shocks is pointless.

you wont do much with a stock clod. they are fun to mess around with but for crawling your options on obstacles would be very very limited. best bet is to buy/make a different chassis and 4 link it the whole deal.

make sure to check out the new low cg chassis from Custom Crawlerz. i personally got to test it this afternoon and it performed really good.

for more info shoot a pm at Jam1sstang

when I just get it I am going to use 4 shocks and I am not going to crawl yet just maby some mud riding ;-) . I am going to build a 4 link custom chassie crawler 8-)
