How to fix paint runs

Here is how I do it...

That's what I did on my SC Bug. I was spraying the color changing paint, and I didn't have proper lighting, so I couldn't see how heavy it was going down. It dripped right at the beltline. Covered up with decals

Grinder and paint, makes me the welder I ain't.

As far as that cleaner... a 50% solution of isopropyl alcohol on a micro-fiber will likely do as good a job and cost way less.
