Hpi Racing Desert Trophy #106546

tires ,too narrow, plastic everything,no support, suspenssion sucks, handle like crap ,too low, pain to work on.driveshafts pop out all the time.i would get an axial exo terra hell of alot better truck.my two cents i had one now just parts in the bin.

BAH! I have the mini trophy desert truck and its on the the toughest trucks Ive ever had. Ive have to buy the least amount of replacement parts too. The front dog bones only fall out if you lose the little foam thingy that fills the extra space in the cups. A easy fix is to use one or two old shock O-rings in the cup at the diff to keep the dog bones push out toward the wheels like they are supposed to be.

It is a narrow truck going at HIGH speed so it will not take a corner like a 1/10 short course truck, wide azz monster truck or on road car, and you cant expect it to.

It is a fun, fast, tough truck.

I bought some 1/10 scale 4x4 buggy tires from Proline. They fit the same and handle better too.

ok .. we will see what she says about it being a 1/12th scale bc she wanted it to be 1/10th

To me it looks 1/10 scale. When you set it next to a 1/10 onroad car it looks the size of a pickup compared to a car. But compared to a 1/10 scale short course truck it is way smaller.
