Got bought a HPI Venture by my wife and although I like the style I'm not a fan of rock crawling, is it possible to convert it to some kind of truck/truggy? TIA

Crawlers can be modified but you'll never end up with a competent go fast RC, it will just roll over a ton. Sell it or trade it maybe.


I'll just ask have you gone out to do any technical rock crawling with it yet? I'm just curious because from the outside rock crawling is hard to understand but actually driving them on some challenging terrain will show you what its all about.

I've not been to any place made specifically for crawling, just to areas that I wouldn't take my other rc's due to it being too rough.

Sell it and get something else that fits tour style. A bomber or a capra or whatever else looks to your interest.
