this should make you feel better
Isn't depression what they make Jack Daniels for? Or is that just me? lol
Can I suggest something...its going to come off harsh but realistic. Unlike you I'll make the post quick and concise.
#1. Stop the internet attention attempt.
#2. If you really have an issue you want help with see your real support (ie. family, friends).
#3. If that doesn't work be a man and see a doctor who can legally and accurately diagnose a medical condition, even offer solid solution methods.
It's directed at anyone posting about their need to have others spend attention on then to help them diagnose a medical condition.
Helping someone is fine, just don't see why you would post something like this without trying the steps I mention which will provide help, rather than post your issues online.
I'm in a better place then when I first started and that's all I could ask for. I'm sure others you might mention can say the same..

#1. which is better? Seeking attention for whatever reason or letting things build to the point of harming yourself or others?
#2. Seeking help from family?! What is crux of this problem? Friends? They are generally the last to know due to the stigma of "being a cry-baby"that comes with depression.
#3. I sort of agree there, but not put in that way. Medical help MIGHT help, but not always. Best fix, get rid of or minimise the problem.
BINARYTERROR, if for some un-known reason reading about someone elses problems upsets you, might I suggest, in the nicest possible way, don't venture into threads relating to people being depressed or having problems.
A medical professional wouldn't provide better advice than a group of usernames on keyboards? Really? Someone trained to help in various crisis's, situations, emotions isn't better than internet keyboard jockey? I guess I'll come here when I think I have a major medical condition instead of someone who is legally able to diagnose and provide options (not all are drug related) to help me overcome the issue. I can see it now "I think I have Cancer, please diagnose and cure".
talking about problems like this, to anyone, even random internet strangers, will help. sometimes feeling "anonymous" like on the internet helps more because you can get it out without really worrying about being judged
I think the best thing for us to do for this thread, is put the little Terror of 1's and 0's on our ignore lists.
