Integy Recon 1 G6 build

Looks great! I also did a G6 build, it has been my favorite kit yet. I agree some Integy parts are good and have a good fit and some dont.

I've had to do a little modification on some older parts but haven't had any bad luck with their newer parts

cool build man, liking the blue g6 body with the black cage looks sick man. I've always heard horror stories about integy being junk, glad to hear somebody happy with the fit and finish of the axles and the gears in the trans.

I couldn't be happier with the way the color turned out. I have a few horror stories myself a couple years ago. The axles are exremely beefy compared to other brands ive tried, the fact that the axles came loaded with HD bevels spool lockers, oversized shafts, cvds up front and really thick diff covers. These ones wont dent on a hard impact like a set of HR ones I had did. As far as the tranny kit, they stepped it up again since the last time I bought one. The lower outdrive is now a solid one piece, the idler has a hd shaft, top shaft is also hardened and locked with no slipper and full ceramic bearings throughout.

Starting to burn the candle at both ends. Just need to solder the esc to the motor install a chopshop light kit since the integy one would have to have been mounted mid cage but she's pretty much done aside from tidying up things

Well I managed to beat the clock and finished her up. Kinda pissed that only one of the fog lights isnt working but I have plenty of spares so it'll get changed out but here she is

I've been eyeing up them axles, I don't think they can be all that bad

If it helps you any I beat the crap out of them for three consecutive battery packs and not a single problem. Turning radius is great with the cvd's no chatter or delay when applying power to them and they slide over rocks pretty easily
