Interesting. VP evading taxes?

He said he put together the list for Boca, and he Assumes that Eddy copied his list, so he's mad about it.

He doesn't understand that manufacturers contact bearing supply houses with specs on the regular eh? Even if Eddy did rip off the specs there are 300 of those reels around so the market is miniscule on its best day.

if there is a company that anybody should whine about it should be a few hobby shops back in the day whining about rc screws and how he tried to screw them over. taking apart a new car, putting it back together and try to return it to the hobbyshop as a new item. screwing the hobbyshop out of a sale. when instead it should have been sold as a lightly used product instead by rc screws instead.

I could talk on and on about how many copies of products are made but its kinda useless. waste of energy to be mad about some simple research.

I could go online, buy a crap load of bearings, do some simple click and copy pasting and bam.. within a month I could start making bearing kits and start selling them. if I decided to do so and get my license.

taking bearing size information from another site is not being lazy or makes the seller not creditable for his or her work/ TIME. its simply just smart. but.. even smarter though.. you could buy the said product and sell it back to a actual consumer with your kit installed.

quit whining about copied information. its worse than the onroad guys who cover their pits.

The RC Screwz guy? That's a scumbag move and he's an asshole so I can see him doing that.

Yeah, I would find it hard to believe that the company Ditchrat is defending has put hands on every product that they supply bearings for, to measure themselves. For that matter, how do we know someone didn't call Eddy and give him the specs for what they wanted, and he listed it after finding he was competitive with what others were charging. It takes a large ASSumption to make the accusation that he is ripping off someone else, and it does Eddy zero good to get involved in that conversation.

They obviously don't if he sent them the list for that reel...

Consider your list of bearing sizes a contribution to the other 299 possible owners of said reel. And if Eddy has them listed as well then those 299 people have 2 sources of bearings now.

Was this like a process of unearthing a dinosaur bone in order to provide sizes? I’m imaginging a 5 minute disassemble and 5 minutes with calipers...

A lot of Tom's tools are "held hostage", but not his Photoshop apparently

If my machinery or manufacturing equipment were held hostage, then that would definitely piss me or anyone in the same position.

Sweet talk and giving back equipment are two different things. If fairness and integrity were part of the breakup, I don't think this situation would arise. No one does such a thing unless pushed beyond limit.

I checked out the Instagram account this morning. That is the definition of a shit show. If that guy has guns take them away from him now.

If he really needs a bag sealer Ill sell him mine for 150$ .... I mean if he paid 200 for his then hell me buying mine for 46$ off amazon was a steal.

I think until he comes through on what hes boasting about, whether it be the feds coming in Vp like you see on the movies or him dumping files to GrabCad, its just gonna go down hill for him.
