Is there anyone who can upgrade my truck for me?

I have no real idea how to do it all, and I dont have the proper tools so I am wondering if anyone out there could do my upgrades and the other additions for me. Obviously I will pay, and will provide the parts. If not, I can do it myself but this would just be easier.
