So Jason let me borrow the RCC rig to compete at Donner..

The rig was built on a NICE DNA chassis. However it felt like a pogo stick on crack with the holmes 35s and oiless shocks.., had a belly height of 4-3/8"..

Aaany ways.. Not quite to my liking.
So Jason said if I dont like it, and it didnt perform...WE can kill it..
AND we did...

I told him Id handle it afterwards, and here it is.

Started with my token amount of beers and my trusty hacksaw that Ived been accused of using..And some plastic..

Didnt like the clocking so.. I clocked it for him..

The chassis is Based on the 4.0 geometry, with the Chassis moved forward 3/4" to move weight forward.
Narrowed the bottom to use Standard Length 25 mm screws.
This also makes it so you dont have to stand off your shocks..

Using the CKRC steering link Jason gave me with the rig, I made a clampless servo mount that allows 100% throw..

More coming..

Damn that thing is sick! Nabil sent me a text earlier saying he laid eyes on it.

Can't wait to kick some Colorado ass with that thing! May be just what I needed to motivate me to get out to some more comps.

^ for sure! thought it didn't make it thru Sun night @ Donner- as well as Badgers 5b. . .
Hmmmm Carnage

Damn man that thing is badass!

I thought you were gonna burn that RCCtv body? I wanna see the vid of you and DiEzel having your way with it!

Hope the front end holds together.. (psssst... I rebuilt the axles)

I saw how your sc10 held up, I ain't scared.

Gonna send you my trusty ol silver one in trade.. to have your way with it.

RCC bug body has a well planned demise..Stay tuned..

That poor servo has seen better days. . I'm falling for the 'clampless' mount though!

are u using fuel tubing at the chassis mounts for those losi shocks? hard to tell. im still looking for an alternative to the tubing:|

Pretty sure he's using the "Ball" From a revo rod end, hard mounted, no fuel tubing. Works great.
