Any ETA on the extended version for the mirror'd trans? Only reason I havent ordered these yet cause I dont believe your current version will clear.
but keep in mind that you will have to adjust your links with the extended version. I'll post more info soon about the RULRX.
Shorter uppers correct?
I read and understand i thought that the uppers you wanted to be long? I do realize in this case of mirrored trans and longer motors, there give and take. But I like to have cake and eat it too.:ror:
Do these require finish sanding before mounting? The face that the nut on the bolt through the frame is convex and not square or flat. Also, the mounting surface that the upper arm mounts to is super rough and uneven. I don't care how it looks as nobody will see it, but are they usually smooth where the nuts and control arm joints sit? From the other pics on this thread they look like they are supposed to be nice and square and smooth.
Here are some terrible phone pics.

These are not the new nylon? I ordered from supershafty last week, does he not have the newest edition?

SuperShafty carries the nylon version, I can vouch for their strength.
the flat ones in the link in my last post that show the support material are abs. Those went out of production in feb/mar this year.
Nylon has been the only version in production for a few months now, and looking at your pics, you have the newest nylon version. (post a pic of your packaging if you still have it and that will help me determine which batch yours came from.)
nylon naturally shrinks as it cools, and this is especially noticeable with 3d printed nylon (and is why nylon can be a pain to print, there is a lot more set-up required to prevent print failures) but this does not affect the performance of the part. Also, as you said, the location where it is installed is pretty hidden, so it came down to function being the most important factor.
If you look closely, all the nylon versions have the same curve and same texture on the offset portion, it's just hard to see because of how these are mounted.
one set ordered for my new scx10 powerwagon!"thumbsup"
