i agree with mencia. sounds like joe has alittle to much interest in mencia. the jokes come from the same news how are they not going to sound a little alike?
looked like joe brought some friends just to attack mencia. looks like joe is alittle but hurt over mencias fame. just my two cents

Carlos is a huge flamer, I dont really like Rogan either but, carlos is worse. the deedee dee is as annoygin as Git-R-Done. Carlos is not even mexican. Hes german/honduran. His real name is Ned Holness. He beats his already horrible jokes to death by dragging them on for 5+ minutes. This guy tried to play the race card like chapelle did. but Chapelle was funny. Carlos is just trying to be offensive for the sake of being offensive. It doesnt work at all.

Mencia did steal material. not only form Ari but from Lopez. that is old news. But every comdeian steals jokes. It happens, whether you know you did it or not. It is almost impossibe not to steal jokes as so much nowadays comes from media. And lets face it american entertainment/news is a joke to begin with. I trust the Daily Show news over real news anyday. and with shows like Who Wants to Marry a Midget there is bound to be 20-30 similiar sounding jokes from 20-30 different comedians

So here's how it all went down...
I had a set at the comedy store Saturday night, and after I closed, I was bringing on the next comedian, a guy named Kirk Fox that works for Carlos Mencia.
I introduce him saying that he's a funny guy, and that he opens on the road for Carlos "Menstealia." That’s the name we call him at the comedy store, and of course Carlos doesn't like it one bit.
Carlos was apparently in the room when I said this, and the perfect combination of ego and timing made him decide that this was the night to put his foot down.
As I got off stage and headed towards the back of the room, he grabbed the mike away from Kirk, and said that I was too much of a ***** to say that **** to his face.
Which to me, is something akin to the hottest girl in the world daring you to **** her while you're standing there in her bedroom naked with a boner.
Of course I had to disagree with him, and I decided to get onstage with him and have this "meeting of the minds" as it were.
On video, and for the whole world to see via the internet.
Shazam!

I have seen Rogan live, and although not the funniest man alive, he did a good show.

I have complete respect for Joe Rogan, as a comedian, because HE WORKS HARD AT IT!!! Between royalties from "News Radio," "Fear Factor," "The Man Show," "UFC," commercials, etc etc etc..............he could probably make a good living by not doing anything. But with all that, he is still working the clubs, just like 99+% of comedians, every chance that he gets!! He is continually working to improve himself.

Mencia is just a fad, and will die away soon.
