After building one of these for my wife I liked it so much that I built me one, with a few upgrades.

Axial Scorpion axles and chassis,
Losi Rock claws on axial rims with TCS smiley rock rings,
Hitec 5955 servo,
castle bec,
quark 33 esc,
MX-3 with 3 position mod,
TCS BM-16 motor,
RC4WD R2D tranny with 13 tooth pinion,
Jato drive shafts,
Crowdpleaser body (Panted by BADD),
TCS Bent lower links,
TCS aluminum knuckles and C's,
TCS aluminum 4 link mounts,
TCS R2D servo mount,
Axial red springs in front and whites in back,
8 cell 2/3 a 1500 mah elite pack on the front axle.

I haven't finished the electronics yet, I still need to build the pack and run all of the wiring and stuff, but I have got a good bit done already. I realy like these trucks. Great job Axial and wonderful job by The Crawler Store for getting all these great aftermarket parts."thumbsup"

I notice that when the chassis is in the rocks and you dont have much traction, the screws would hang me up. :x Plus, it brings the links on the chassis in a little which seems to work good on mine.

Any slop with the driveshafts? I tried jato shafts and they weren't really tight on the joints.

Looks good otherwise.

If you looked at it you would think it wouldn't work, the holes in the jato shafts are mabey .005 bigger so yes it looks like it has some slop. But I have not had one pop out on my yet, the yolks resist spreading very well. If they do start poping though I have a brand new bag of traxxas 2.5 shafts and yolks ready to go in there place. And if that doesn't work I always have the revos.......

Nice Kaze"thumbsup"

Let me know how that BM16 works out. I run a BM9 now and its good but more power is good:twisted:

It had been a few weeks since I had driven an outrunner around, I almost forgot that it takes a bit different driving style to keep the motor spinning. Now you got me back on a Quark kick  Got some 2221 high speed outrunners now because of you too
