lead shot in tires need help

Just remember 16oz = 1 lb.
So if you counted 6, 8oz. shots that would equal around 3 lbs. If you can't find the scale then count them out and go with the largest weight amount that you think you have.
 
just use a container that is the same size to measure out a reasonable ammount for all the tires so that it is the same ammount in all of the tires.
 
Scales are cheap, you can get a digital one for $30 or a cheap mechanical for $14 at any office supply place. I got a cool one at Staples that is a digital.
 
Or take a shotglass and a bag of the metal bits and just use their scale. Figure out what one shotglass worth weighs (subtract out the actual weight of the shot glass first).
