Looking for a Chevy logo

Does anyone remember the the Chevy logo that said Heartbeat, that looked like a cardiograph or whatever from an EKG? Looks somethin like this

It has a couple pulses on either side of it... Ive searched google for like 2 hours, and I cant find a pic..Any help is appreciated."thumbsup"

I dont think it came on any particular model.. Think it was an aftermarket product.
