Here's my rig... I'm running losi mrc pro axles in it and I need more steering. Just not getting the angle I'd like to get. I've heard of people doing an xr steering mod and also a lcc steering mod. Which one is better? Will either make the axle wider? If so What do you do to the rear to make it the same width? I could use a bit more width but I don't wanna get crazy wide. Also since these are close to stock axles(aluminum knuckles, chubs, setting link, lockouts, and cvds which will all get swapped out anyway) I wanna mod them to the max while I'm working on them for steering. What are the best axle mods? Gears, shafts, steering mounts....the works.
Also to keep in mind...I'm running a 35t 540 motor on 3s...

It's a tamiya sand scorcher body but on a custom steel cage chassis with axial Scx10 trans and skid, 1/10 electronics, 1/10 stainless drive shafts, and custom stainless links.

I am offering Wrapters (Wraith adapter) for the MRC axles so you can use XR10/Wraith chubs/knuckles and universals for great turning. You can find the Wrapter on my Shapeways store
Wrapter for Losi Mini Rock Crawler (7TNJS7H4M) by Dravpnir

The axles will be wider than stock and you have to use some CF wheels to stay inside the legal 8" width. Before I made my own axles I used some Wrapters and XR10 lockouts in the rear to make the rear axle wider as well. You can see pictures of this setup in my old mini build thread
