Just ordered myself a truck puller 2 from LRP.
These motorswind up to just 6500rpm at 7.2 volts and they are reasonably priced too. They give 230nmm of torque which should either spin the wheels or rip apart my prop shafts:mrgreen:

Should have it mid week so ill let u know my verdict on them.!

Sorry its in german i think, cant find an english page anywhere, u can see the stats in the chart tho.

I ordered it from my LHS not from this website. It should be a sweet crawler motor!

well today i recieved my truck puller motor.

Really exited i installed the motor, charged a battery and put the truck down, turned everything on and offi i went.

WELL... a peice of grit would have bogged it down!!!

It just wont pull the e-maxx at all.

The motor is 540 size running at 7.2 volts with 3000 nimh batterys.
It runs at super low revs of 6500rpm.

Either the motor is too weak or something is wrong- anybody got any ideas?

Think ill try returning it to the shop and if not itll do for my drift car!

I run Speed Gems 17T Double Turn motors w/ hi torque springs (worked good without em) Crawls just fine, and its got some speed to it too. Lathe motors are better though! (4-5 mph peak though if i remember right?)
