Mac Hodges B29 Destroyed - 13 Sep 2008

Mac will rebuild it.

It isn't the first time it has been destroyed.

Consdering how often he flew that thing and went through that routine it was a matter of time before it failed.

He'd always do things with that plane that it just shouldn't do.

One of our local flyiers in my area had a B17 of the same scale... He lost 3 motors and the throttle stuck on the last one... It didn't make it to the runway as planned...

Mac said he didn't install the bolts himself after the crash. We have all made mistakes like this sometime. it was a sad day for the RC world, Mac's B-29 was known all around the world.
