Old thread, a few new questions......
1.9 build on the bench, and I am VERY pinched for space.
Was going to run a Goat 3s system I have, but it definitely will not fit.
I have both a Mamba Micro Pro and a Quark 33 Procar sitting around also.
I know the Quark is brushless only.
I am considering running a 400-480 sized, stubby outrunner. Or maybe a Holmes 454 if I stay brushed.

- If you had a brushed and brushless motor that was close to the same KV, will the efficiency differences or anything else, affect how much current is pulled through the ESC?
- Is it the heat from too many amps that kills the fets on an ESC?
- If you run brushless versus brushed, does it change how the fets are loading up?
- The mamba is not really 'amp' rated. If running the same brushless motor, is it about equal to the Quark (33amp)[older technology]?
