Great build. You make building a really nice detailed rig look easy. How much time you have in this build?
Thank you! This looks awesome...great job.... "thumbsup"
Thanks. I have about 2-1/2 months of steady work into this. I did some other projects in between.Great build. You make building a really nice detailed rig look easy. How much time you have in this build?
Thank you very muchhey thanks for the vid, that thing is impressive, both look and capability.
Thanks for the nice comment!Oh, mama! This thing is incredible!! Great job, man....
Thanks. Yeah, must be nice to have the time and money to do something like that. I'll never experience it. That's why I build models. :ror:That is one sweet camper,we see a few every summer in the traditional silver with the back ramp door for a quad etc,and a few of the unimog campers. The european tourists have them shipped over for the summer...most be nice, lol
Thanks. Baby pet rocks. This thing rules. Those seats were made for baby-makin.
I modified an Axial axle. It's as easy as putting another pinion gear and output shaft on it.What did you do for the 2nd axle? Been eyeing up the 6x6'x. I want to start gathering parts to build us one.
Thanks! And I'm about 3 weeks late to the party because of it.Wow! Damn ! Lord have mercy! And you in the RC4WD contest too! Thank you for waking my idea machine bro! That truck is ultra awesome !
Thank you. I mainly used .060 and .080 styrene. I have not tumbled it and I don't plan to. I feel there is a difference between a shelf queen and taking care of a vehicle. I run all of my trucks so they aren't shelf queens, but I like to keep them rubber side down and free of damage.very well done man. nice work on the styrene.
what thickness sheet are you using onthe body work? have you tumbled this thing yet, or is mostly a shelf queen. i find myself building things with all sorts of scale accessories, and run them to hard i break them all off.
Some people don't get it, but you do. If we're building vehicles to look like real ones we should drive them the same way. I spend months building a truck, why would I want to destroy my hard work to impress people on the internet? As mild as I drive my trucks it's still out of scale. These toys are far more capable and stronger than their full size counterparts. Maybe I take scale too seriously." I run all of my trucks so they aren't shelf queens, but I like to keep them rubber side down and free of damage. "
That's the way scale should be. Build it nice and sharp and drive it like a one to one. If you want a basher...drive a honcho. It's challenging, but much more rewarding. "thumbsup"
Thank you!noob, All of you builds are freaking sweet! Well done, again.
Under the cabkiller build, but one thing, where are the headlights?
