So this frame popped up while browsing IG, instantly fell in love and had to have it. The frame is made with stainless steel tube and suited for the Capra running gear. Luckily I have a Capra as a donor!

The frame comes with various options that can be added from light tabs to different colour paint jobs, as you can see from the pics, I opted to leave the frame bare metal as it would be a crime to cover up that beautiful welding!!

The guys at RC Speedy were awesome to deal with, always keeping me up to date with pics and chat on the frame. Postage was quick too.
They’ve got other frames in the works, so worth keeping an eye on these guys.

Unfortunately this 3D printed hood was a one off that the guys don’t produce any more.

Thanks for the kind comments guys. [emoji106]

Started on the interior first as this needs to go in from the bottom of the frame with some creative flexing!

I’ve had this motor for years in my TF2. It never really got to stretch it legs, so it’s going in this build to see how it performs. [emoji1696]

Had to hack the link mount off to fit the motor. Hope it’s worth it lol

All mounted up and tucked snug under the interior.

Battery plate installed. I’m going to used short 3s lipos so I’ll use the one end of the tray to mount the esc.

WOW! Great looking build so far!"thumbsup"

Love the looks of the cage! Can't wait to see more! Subscribed!

Thanks B-MOW71 [emoji106]

Pretty much done, made some internal panels to hide the battery and esc, had a strange issue with my servo turning randomly and discovered I needed to link up my ground wires because I was using a separate BEC for the servo. Printed up some mirrors I found on Thingiverse, had to mod the file so they would clip on to the frame.

That is one of the best and coolest rigs I've seen in a long time!"thumbsup"

Great job on all the scale details! Love how the panels fit the cage.

Now I'm going to have to reconsider which direction my Capra will take! Since I missed out on the Vanquish Ripper, this type of build may be a better choice!

Thanks a lot B-MOW71, really appreciate the comments.

Don’t hesitate to talk to the guys at RCSpeedy, they are great guys to talk to and offer a great service to customise your build the way you want it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again.

I’ll try and get some running vid up soon [emoji106]

First shakedown went really cool, not sure about the brushless, going to play with settings and see if I can improve the feel. Might have a play with the shocks too, but all in all super stoked with the look and feel [emoji3]
