Do you guys run 1.9's or 2.2's in your comps? Any other vehicle rules you guys go by?
Thanks,
Steve
What's up man, most everyone runs 1.9 but some of us run 2.2. As for comp rules, we are having our first club comp and we want to make it fun for everyone no matter what you run. Most of us don't like to many rules. If you can you should come out and check it out or crawl with us. "thumbsup"
Meeting went well.
Our First Comp will be on April 16th (SAT) at 10:30 am @ THE DOME....(Hemet)
It will be a TEAM Comp.
cut off date for sign up will be April 13th (dring $ morning of event)
Fees $5 each (Pot (entry fees) will go to the Team that wins)
Team will be picked Saturday morning of event from a Hat
and Team start positions will also be picked from the hat
event details to follow:
This is a TEAM event so expect to do alot of TEAM work to get thru all the courses and tasks, there will be a Time limit per course depending on Tasks
Tasks that the Teams will have to perform:
Chain course (team rigs will have a 16" chain hooked between them and will have to drive through a course hooked together for best time)
Abandon Vehicle recovery (ther will be a rig placed in a bad sitution and the Team will have to work together to recover it (timed)
Team Course (Team members will have to work together to get from start fo finish) (Timed)
Hill Climb (Team mates will have to help each other climb an obsticle (winch, pull, drive, drag, push, anything goes)
NO helping your rigs by Team drivers (Hand of GOD) allowed, even in roll overs.
recovery will be performed by another team member and will have a penalty of 1 minute per time......so working together to get the rig back on its wheels is the way to go (winch, strap, push, ect) any attaching of straps, winches, ect must be perfomed while both rigs are not moving in any way drivers can only touch hooks and connecting points MUST not move/reposition rigs
This is a FUN Teamwork event. get to know each other and may the Best Team Win......Open to all....
