Whatup peeps, sorry I've been absent for the past couple of weeks. Was skiing in Tahoe last weekend and trying to juggle other projects/hobbies. :mrgreen:
This weekend isn't looking good for crawlin', unfortunately. Tomorrow both of my kids have soccer games and then we're going to the Goodguys Rod & Custom show in Del Mar. Sunday we're hitting the lake with some friends.
Looks like I need to read back a few pages to see what I've been missing!

Ok, RC-Hopper pointed me in the right direction for batteries, so two 5300 30C 2s Lipos have been ordered and are on there way. I should have everything ready to go next Sunday. Hopefully work does not get in the way of my first "crawl!!!!!" Looking forward to meeting everyone. Talk to you later.

You'll have a ball! I was talking to my buddy who works for Airgas and he said you can get 00 and 000 torch tips. I thought my 0 tip was as small as they came. The 0 tip works really well for the 3/16" rod though. did you end up buying a tip?
