Scalers don't have $200 servos and $200 ESC's, also if you dont care about weight, Rec boxes and silicon are usefull for keeping water OUT>>>>>>>>>>>lol

Its all just for fun anyway, plus if I don't spend the money my wife will just pay bills or something silly...

How about an update rrcrawler10?

Wont be doing any crawling anytime soon, sold the scaler and the Wife fell down our stairs last night, went to the hospital today and she severely tore everything in her left knee. She is going into an orthopedic surgeon within the next few days to have surgery.

Tomorrow around noonish we are planning on going crawling in a NEW area in Menifee it has alot of large smooth rocks, fun for Scalers if anyone wants to go, let me know......

Aww man I am sorry to hear about your wife... Hope she gets better soon.... and you get a scaler up soon also to go out crawling...

Steve... What you think of the transmission cover axial came out with... Also when I turn sharpe to the right it still is glitchy with the new ESC and your radio in it... Isnt there like a BEC or something like that to push more power to the servo and still have power going to the esc?

hows the low end toque with that tall of a pinion?

So far it's working great, I did a little crawling around the house after installing and between running a sensored brushless and adjusting the curve on my radio, the torque and control seems to be real good. Going from a 27t brushed to 18.5t brushless I lost wheelspeed and with the 27t it still didn't have the top end that I wanted, so at least I'm back where I was in that sense. Real smooth, no cogging. I guess I'll find out this weekend just how good...or bad...it does. :D
