Menifee-Temecula area crawlers

On the GMade Piggys not fitting the Wraith. That is they wont fit MY 1.9 shortened wheelbase flipped rear shock mount Wraith. They fit my Stock Wraith with no probs.

1.9 OMF about $200 for 4 :lmao:
:flipoff:

Armistice,
How much off set you need? I have these on my Comanche. They are reversible offset in or out. Not sure of your measurements.
Gear Head RC 1.9 Trail King EZ-Loc Wheels (4)

Size: 1.9"
Width: (with beadlock rings): 1.29" (32.8mm)
Offset: -.120" OR -.250" (-3.0mm OR -6.4mm)
Weight (each): 2.4 oz. (68 g)

Those are ok looking. I need about a 4mm offset

However, I'd have to redo all my weights...

Wow, drove my truck on the Hill and I need to redo the turns. Every turn is too sharp, lol

Also, with my rear shocks back to stock locations, it's super stiff and little flex. The front axle shock mounts are on the top, so moved the shock to the top set of holes and it's still stiff. Ugh. Time for some soft springs. Anyone have a set of Honcho springs I could borrow to see what I could use?

Could also take out the bumpstops

Chris K's blazer. Still needs the body mounting tabs and cleaned up a little. Sorry for the crappy pic's.

What's up guys? Looks like we picked a good Saturday to skip. It was a hot one8)

Nice. I was either going to work on the Hill, or finally do my axles. Too hot outside so you can guess what I did. Yup, watched a movie on TV, haha. But really, got the axles on while watching Rio (actually a good movie)

Totally forgot to go to Novak this weekend, so will try to get to them on Fri

Will also un-ziptie everything on my rig and see if it really IS the motor, or if it's the ESC that's the problem

Howdy

Yeah very hot weekend. Managed to get some eye bolts into the rocks for the bridge but I dont think the epoxy is working well. It says it works on granite.....might have to change out to red heads. Didnt originally go the red head route cause I thought it would be a bit much for a little bridge. Look like I'll have to change it.

Other than that my brother and I went on a 2 mile hike/crawl behind my house looking for some new stuff. Found mostly rain ruts until we got out to the end of the wash where there is nothing but rocks for days but gaps were waaaay to big and gets pretty dangerous to climb them. I finally tore off my stock front bumper, wires and all ripped right out. Might be time to make something new.

Yah, that's a possibility. I don't feel like spending $40 right now, lol

I have an idea that might work, but my wheels are toast if I do it and it doesn't work

Any which way, my scrub radius is going to be massive

Also, what is a better Toe setting for a crawler. Toe In or Toe Out? I think how my steering link worked out it's either a hair In or a hair Out no matter what

Armistice,
Have you taken a look at any suspension set up sheets, I know Losi has one, I am not sure about the others. I hope this helps.

Rockin Wraith,
Still waiting on PayPal to redeposit the funds back into my checking account. As soon as it is accomplished I will let you know.
Thanks
