Most Commonly Broken Parts! Post Here!

how about a broken spirit everytime something breaks you want to throw the truck in the river! just kidding c's and knuckle's and drive shafts! that was my problem.

Lets see:
A few rod ends I have stripped, 3MM on the lowers, it depends. I did insert some home made "threaded studs" in that had sharp edges and tore the crap out of the inside :x
Broken 2 C-hubs, once they start breaking, they go like mad
And I have had a cap or two strip out, just keep an eye on them and keep them tight and you won't have any issues 8)

Been running an axial as a comp rig for about two years. Really haven't broke much. Pretty happy with the durability.

The list......
Lots of driveshafts. The stampede shafts are much tougher, but I still wad them up. MIP's last, but are so heavy. Bunch of the stock rod ends.
Broke 1 of the following: C, knuckle, axle housing, stock aluminum locker, bent an axle when the housing broke. Idler gear in the trans.

Easier to list the bits I haven't busted yet: stock chassis, tranny case and motor mount, spur gear, links, axle shafts, stub axles, hexes, shocks, most hardware, some bearings, servo plate.

Pretty much everything else I've broken or worn out at least one of 'em, if not all of 'em.

Funny thing is - I still think it's a tough little truck! "thumbsup"

Cheers.

There are at least 10 other CVD's and about 4 or 5 axle housings that I didn't bother taking pictures of.
