Motor/ESC suggestions; 9lb buggy, 2 spd want 20mph

Got a 9lb IFS buggy in the works, and want some second gear speed, and crawling.

So what I know I need is:
Bushless
Sensored
Lipo
Big motor & esc

What is out there that I can use? and what Kv should I look for? Cost is not the biggest concern, but I cannot justify an RX8 and Pro4 setup for a buggy I built from used parts stashes lol.

I like Castle, but am not brand loyal. Please help me with research. Thanks guys!

Lipo's can be a personal preference though...
