I'm not sure where this thread falls under which forum.

Seems to me there's only 2 options, one is using buckets, and if its a modern headlight bezel, these don't work. The other is just cutting a hole and glueing in the led lights.

I've got a raptor body and would like to some how mount lights.

Any suggestions?

I used melt glue to stick some LEDs to the inside of my body.

I'm not sure I like the look of the led popping through the decal. I did it with a revo.
I did test a clear lexan with decal but the light doesn't shine through much. Would be cool if they made headlight decal that were transparent.

I use hot glue or E6000 for the LED kits I sell. Sometimes CA glue. Watch out with E6000 on lexan thought, you want to use thin coats because it will pull the paint and make a wrinkle effect in it. Good luck.

I use Shoe Goo, never had a problem with it pulling the paint off. I always use Faskolor paint.

I normally use light buckets with my stuff.

I guess I should clarify. I use the shoe goo for led's with no buckets, but I don't like the look. And the modern lights don't look right with buckets.

Guess I'm wondering why they don't sell like a generic headlight lense that can be cut.
