MRC parts crossovers with RedCat and Exceed?

I was going to rebuild and run in 1.9 crawler class an MRC that I recently got but finding parts has been hell. Is the RedCat Everest 16 and Exceed MaxStone 16 really the same as the Losi MRC? I know my 1/10 Exceed MaxStone is 100% compatible with the Axial AX10. If it's not, I may just give up on this and sell it for something still supported.
 
What parts are you looking for specifically? I bought out a hobby shops spare MRC parts to I have lots...
