Does anyone else here ride mountain bikes? If so whats some specs...

Mine
2007 trek 6000
22in frame
been riding for a year

Gary Fisher Hi-Fi carbon pro, Avid 7 brakes, race lite wheels, fox suspension, blah blan blah.
I have been riding for around 40 years or so both On-Road & Off-Road, started for cross training for motocross.
At one time i was putting 20 to 25 miles per day, 4 times a week, on the Off-Road bike. Now that i'm older i ride for fun & when i'm "feel'n" it.

Oh and sirch newb... more than one thread on this "thumbsup"

'05 Hardrock for when I want to climb...
'08 Demo 8 for having fun going down...

2006/07 Kona Hoss, 20 inch frame, pretty much stock. Don't get to ride as much as I'd like or I'd get something new.

Ding!! Exact duplicate for kind of riding, length of riding career, and what I do now. Only difference is mtn bike. Titus Racer-X Titanium, custom fit, Shimano XT wheels, Shimano XT disk brakes, Marzocchi bomber 5" front, Fox Vanilla Float rear, blah blah blah.... "thumbsup"

....then there's the Crap-N-Dale road bike, and the '65 Schwinn Corvette 'hoodster....

...then there's the wife's four bikes.....she still races....and she's way stronger than me on a bike these days.....

Trek EX8 mtn bike
Trek Madone 5.2 road bike

Leeson Fluid 609 trials bike(sold), I had no reason owning.

I remember My first real bike:
GT Pro freestyle tour team model

1987 was a good year.

The hardtail....great XC trailrider
Schwinn Homegrown Comp, Rockshox Reba, Carbon bars, Thudbuster, etc., etc.

Full Suspension.... when I want to jump and play
Kona Bear, Rockshox Revelation, Fox Shock tuned by Push, etc., etc.

Love riding mtb's.

I haven't ridden in about 14yrs but I've decided to get back into riding. My last bike was a 18" Caloi with Shimano LX components,Rock Shox Judy and Mavic rims.It was a good, inexpensive bike for me.Now I'm looking to buy a Moto Fantom 29 Pro SL,tried to order today but they are backordered so I have to wait.I have been going to the LBS and have tried 26 fs and 29ers and really like the feel of the 29er.Rode several different brands but decided on the Moto because of the price and what you get.I'll return to the LBS to get all the other things like shoes etc.

I have 3 that I ride often

K2 ZED X

Specialized FXR

ZOO!, I think it's a Pitbull, not sure really..

azonic steelhead frame, manitou splice 130mm fork, .243 racing bars, azonic shorty stem, crappy wheels, hayes mech. disc brakes with 180mm rotors, intense fro lite 26x2.3 tires, race face diabolous seatpost/sette DH seat, truvativ hussefelt cranks with bash guard, animal hamilton BMX pedals.

Pretty fun freeride rig...planning on upgrading to a 20mm thru axle fork, new wheels, and new brakes in the near future, then she'll be exactly what I want. This summer I'm planning on hitting some resort areas in WV for some freeride/downhill fun.

Mountain bike: 2010 Giant Trance Advance SL Carbon Frame, Fox Talas 150 RLC, Sram XX, Edge Composites XC Carbon wheels with DT 190 rear hub and 240 15mm front hub, Edge Carbon stem, Edge Carbon Riser Bar, Edge Carbon Seatpost, Fizik Aliante Carbon Saddle, Schwalbe Rocket Ron 2.25 UST tires, Look Quartz pedals.

Road Bike: 2010 Scott CR1 Carbon frame, Shimano Di2 Electronic Dura Ace, Edge Composites 45mm Clincher wheels with DT 240 hubs, Edge Composites, Edge bar, stem, seatpost, Selle Italia Prolink saddle.

I do own a bike shop though so I'm kind of bike spoiled;-)
