Here is my Losi 8ight-E I just got finished building. It started off as a losi 8ight 1.0 nitro. Here are the specs.

ummm rear driveshaft?
Let us know how it runs once you get it going, might need to put some tunning on the batt side shocks too. ;-)
 
Bent the driveshaft and slung it out somehow yesterday jumping it. And I mean JUMPING it. lol Its got insane power. Tons of fun. Broke a steering rod end doing front flips and chewed up a plastic spur. That all I have broke so far.

The chassis flexed that much, might want to make a support from the rear diff to center diff kinda like a "chassis top plate"

What is with braiding your motor leads? Ive seen it a few times and never understood why?

Some say it helps prevent glitching
 
I have heard it helps with interference on the radio if you running a older am of fm radio but im running Spektrum. I did it to keep it neat and take up some lsack without cutting tem down.

Here is what castle says about it.

These systems are capable of putting out over 1,000 watts of power. As a comparison, an average 10 turn system might be capable of around 200 watts. When that much power is flowing from the ESC to the motor, you need to be careful about your radio installation. If the antenna is near, or laying against those high power wires, you will have very poor range. Make sure to locate the Rx and antenna routing with as much physical separation as possible from the motor wires. Another helpful tip for any electric powered vehicle, is to keep those wires as short as possible (less resistance = better voltage and more power) and also twisting or braiding them helps to choke the energy fields that surround them. So remember – short and twisted/braided motor wires not only improves range, but also leads to a neater installation and more power!
