My new super tires

Yeah I wanted to keep beadlocks and I never have really liked the huge thorn sized wheels with the little sidewall. So all this trouble for looks. I hope they work as well. I know they are going to be stiffer but I'm hoping with soft foams Vanquish beadlocks. Atleast I'll lose in style.8)
they wont be too stiff with the vp wheels. i promise"thumbsup"

How tall are they? Why not just use 4.5in Wheels?

7" LOL they were 7 1/8" this morning before I sanded the tread off the moabs.

they wont be too stiff with the vp wheels. i promise"thumbsup"

Do they breath good? If not drill time!!!

Okay 1 side down 7 more to go. Hopefully I'll find a way to cut them cleaner by the time I'm done...

If the they are to stiff, turn them inside out and cut the moab tread out that you sanded. You did good on the side wall cuts.

Thanks! Thats a great idea too!!!!!!!

I ended up cutting the flaps half the lenght of the moabs side lugs. Looks much better that way and it protect the flaps from the shocks and links.

WOW I'm glad to be done with these!!! That was alot of work.

Look at all the left over rubber.

Unless my ruler is broken they are only 7". Go figure???

Those a badass. Did you use a tire grinding wheel on a 4 1/2" grinder or bench grinder? That's what I'm thinkin about doing to some Aftershocks.

Belt sander for sand the moabs and hobby knife on the panters.

IC 2000. Best tire glue ever. I tired a few weeks..months back glueing them with regular glue and it didn't hold. Order IC2000 when ever your going to do tire work. It dries pretty quick and holds great.
