I'm planning a leaf spring Clod build on a SCX10 chassis as a lifted street, weekend light trail rig on small 1.55 wheels and tires. I need a set of axles that are readily available and are either already narrow enough or can be narrowed to the width I need and somewhat reasonably priced. I've had stock Axial axles under this body before with smaller tires and it never looked quite right.

There is also an open Diff kit for these axles that comes with better CVDs.

I just happened to have a set of MST CMX axles sitting on my desk for another project and a Clod cab. 1.55 RC4WD steel wheels and Mud Thrasher tires. Easily over half tire coverage for class 1.

Ive used ar60 axle housings and cut them way down for a custom build on a tamiya sized truck body

Those look great and with a better gear ratio than the Ascenders. I might have to wait until Axial releases them separately.
