Natedog's Axial SCX24, let's get small

I have had mine for almost a year. Really enjoyed it indoors and now out doors......BUT, today I lost the throttle. Steering still functions, but no forward or reverse. I will have to sort this out. First I thought it was the battery, but after charging no difference. BTW, I have added wheel weights and a brass diff cover to the front only. Both did give it a bit more traction. Enjoy your deadbolt! It may be small, but good things come in small packages!

Glad that you’re enjoying your tiny Deadbolt inside and out! Sounds like your ESC has died, unplug steering servo and try again, if it’s still not moving then yes esc is gone. Sometimes bad steering servo causes ex problems in these trucks. :)

Mine did the same thing, but I wasn't fortunate enough to get a year out of mine. I got about 3 runs out of it. Every time I drove it the drive time decreased, and the battery was taking less mah to charge. I think the low voltage cutoff on the ESC is what's failing.

Mine's been sitting since February with a dead ESC.
