need a SMALL transmission, Dimensions Please

I have searched and searched, read the guides, read countless posts but I cant find any dimensions. Im looking for the smallest Trans i can find. Reason being is that I screwed up building my tuber but, it came out looking too good and being too strong to junk. Its only 2" wide at the bottom and at 2" high its 3.5" wide. I was considering a pti Goliath trans but its just a pan car tranny with no real gear reuction and you cant use max shafts with it. And if I missed them searching, post up the link and I will be happy to admit that I missed them.
