Needing prayers and advice ( I'm now a dad )
Tonight my fiancee was admitted in the hospital 34 weeks pregnant due to what they thought was a blockage. I think her medical thing was a colonography or something along those lines. She has been having issues with her Jpouch since with the pregnancy it was suppose to push back but instead has pushed forward. After the MRI tonight they discovered a hemroid in the area of her Jpouch and are waiting for a surgical specialist to decide whether she has to have surgery now or if it can wait until the baby is born. As of now she is looking at staying a week in the hospital under monitoring in case of an oh shit moment. Being stubborn she didn't bother telling me she was having a lot of issue this past week even though I saw them and told her repeatedly to go in. They are wanting to keep her long enough to ultimately have the baby which was scheduled for a C section on January 31st.
Top all this excitement off with me being on LNI for the last 5 months for a back injury I suffered installing a transmission in the a Kenworth at work. I've been losing 40% of my income from it which blows. I have had a mid back MRI, bone scan, and x ray but it didn't show why I still hurt. I had an IME last week which lucky for me the doctor is on my side in getting me fixed so I have a emg nerve test coming up and another full MRI focusing on my neck pains now. Now I know continuing as a heavy diesel mechanic won't happen since putting my girls new SCX10 together killed my neck and back. So I have looked at school on my own for our future no matter what this outcome is. So between the both of us money got tight fast.
Now the advice part lol. I have a Snap On triple bank master series tool box with top hutch loaded along with a cart full of tools. I have receipts for way to damn much in this which I'm on a thin line of selling everything knowing I won't get any where close to what I have in it for it or keeping it. I know that keeping it lets me fix my junk no matter what along with causing me pain which I'm sure would be less then the hurt ass pain of a dealer fixing it. On the other hand I know that if I sold it I would be set bill wise with my limited income that god knows when will stop and her now on bed rest till our son is born plus it would cover the cost of my college out of my pocket. This has probably been one of the hardest things that has been tearing me up because I owe less than $2k on my tools from being paid off since I have bought everything over the last 2 years when I went to Alaska. I know if I keep it we will get by fine but with my back injury it might not be the smartest thing for me to do? Thanks in advance for any input. ( Don't worry the toolbox is long gone "thumbsup" )
