Negative offset wheels?

I'm building another tow rig for my 1/8th scale crawler and the measurment from outer wheel flare to outer wheel flare is 10". I plan on using axial axles but they only measure 7.5" hex to hex so i'll need some wheels with a negative offset to put the wheel mounting surface inward more. I want to go with a short course wheel or something along the lines of a stampede or emaxx sized wheel to fit the wheel wells better. Any suggestions or thoughts? If you have a better idea on axles or wheels/tires selection i'm open to options. I've thought of cutting my slash body pan in half and extending it but i'd rather not haha.

Rc4wd makes the land rover rims. I believe rpp hobby has them also. For 1/8 build the 1.9a will look great. Also look at the rims specs. I will be getting the 1.55 ones for my Bruiser, I do like the "tuck in" look.
