Nero 6 is a CD/DVD burning program made by Ahead software i believe,
and Hijack or "Hijackthis" is a program that reads all your computers registry files. It's used to locate viruses by people definitely smarter then me..

It does come for free with most burners. But it is usally proprietary and will only work with the burner it comes with.

I am sure you can buy it for dirt cheap. An I mean less than $10
