Neu motors is a new company in Cali that produces brushless motors. They have multipole inrunners with tighter tolerances than all other manufacturers (except two german companies). What good is this? Efficiency ratings in the 90's that are actually true for all produced motors, not just the one they spend days perfecting for the test. Big whoop huh? How about a 2hp, 60K rpm 550 motor that will CONTINUOUSLY produce 2hp without overheating. The same motor can run no load drawing under 10 amps.
Also, they are producing "pancake" style 12 pole inrunners. All the torque of an outrunner, all the efficiency and no load current draw of an inrunner. My wheels are turning, are yours?
