New 1/8 scale rtr 4x4 rc rock crawler

looks alot like integys 1/8 scale irok crawler. the number in the screws in the bead lock and where the shocks are mounted are the only difference but other than that it looks prety identical

For $292.00 (Canadian) it's probably worth it for bashing around the house or what ever. I doubt it would make a very reliable comp rig though.

With shipping to my door it's 321.72. Eh wonder how it is. Right off the bat a few things gotta go (tires, esc etc). Not sure it's worth it unless you're one to have alot of spare super parts around. And if you are that type of folk you prolly have a super worth having.

OP: buy it and let us know how it is

Hy -

that's the HSP Climber T2; I had one of these when I started up with crawlers.

Not to bad, you have to change the ESC and the cheap MOAB China copies are sucking too. If you have changed this to things, you can have a lot of fun.

Have a look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52fun5WXeVo

I changed to a Hustler Super and in the 2.2 to a Bastard jr.; that was the entry in a new world of crawling anyway...

But for starting up, the climber is ok

Good luck

Nico

It is just like the Integy iRock. I see a lot of people like to bash it I bet they never even seen one. I have a fully modified Wheely King so I'm not new to crawling. I dont want to get it to go in to comps with it how many of you have really used your crawler in a comp I bet none of you.

For the price and the size of it I think its cool. Check out vids on youtube it looks sweet. I want either a tiny crawler Losi MRC or a huge crawler. I think I will go big this time. If it breaks I will upgrade it and walk all over my buddies Summit :)

Umm, most of us...
Reguardless if your running in a comp or not, it sucks when stuff breaks and ends your fun for the day, especially if parts aren't stocked for it at your LHS. I've never seen one in person, but most of the time these cheap chinese knockoffs are exactly that, cheap knockoffs. It's better to just spend a little more money up front for a quality proven product and you will end up spending less money in the long run.

WTF do you think we are doin? just fartin around for S&G?

Comps are the best part of the hobby IMHO.

and the reason why Berg, Bully, LCC, and Axial rigs are predominate"thumbsup"

they work, are not chinease ripoffs w/o any part support, and can out crawl that POS.

if all you wanna extend towards this hobby is $300, buy an MRC

hmm....electronics gotta go, wheels and tires gotta go, stupid skid plates body, chassis, shocks all gotta go....

need to make tube braces so the tubes dont rip out of the gear cases...

I think I'll stick with my clod axles

These things are all over FleaBay. Might not be this exact one, but ones exactly like it. Like BEELZEBOB said, buy a MRC, or an RTC.

holy shit!!

i didnt notice the price tag on that thing lol

you could like build a real nice rig for that lol

Its only $292.00 CDN that's cheap. When I get one I will let you know how it works. Bashing in the backyard should be a blast with it. I break something I will buy upgraded parts for it.
