New Creeper ?

I just picked up myself a Creeper and besides missing some parts I am very happy with the kit. I was wondering if the steering servo arm is supposed to come with the kit? Also To get screws that did not come in the kit... do I call venom, whats there number? or go back to the store I got the kit from.

I was missing a few parts and they said they'd send them out right away. From everything that I've seen on this board and others about this kit - their CS seems to be awesome.

Sterring servo does not come with the kit, there is an email address in the back of your instruction manual that you can contact venom to get the parts you need.
