I just saw this Carisma ESC pop up on RPP
From the looks I though it was an ESC meant for a mini. I didn't really think anything of it at first but specs wise it looks close to a 1080 and surprisingly it doesn't seem like a rebrand.
It can be set to a crawler mode or a race/bash mode (reverse lockout).
The 3 amp BEC probably isnt gonna cut it for most but I wouldn't expect more out of such a small package.
Its programmable with very similar options as the 1080
60 amp continuous compared to the 1080's 80 amp rating
Price point is right there with the 1080 too.
I like the form factor with the wires coming out the side instead of straight up, it should fit into tight spaces.
I dont see much of a heat sink anywhere, maybe the base is aluminum? EDIT: the description says the case is aluminum
Anyway I though nothing of this at first but after reading through the description I was a bit intrigued (not the first paragraph written by a used car salesman though lol :lmao
.
The video of it in action isnt amazing but I'm hoping thats down to the Carisma they're driving and the driver rather than the ESC.

I assumed this may just be something out of an RTR but it sounds like its all new. heres a long rundown from their team driver:
