New Lamborghini Reventon, 1.4 Mil + Tax

Well, before we hate each other over this matter, I am just going to say this...

I am going to continue to enjoy the cars I enjoy, and you can continue to enjoy the cars you enjoy. But its just human nature for each person to think what ever they think or have is better then the other guy. I like the Zonda, (yes I been right next to one in real life as well at that SEMA show or what ever its called in Vegas), you like, well, whatever that car is called. Lets not fight over it.

BUT THE ZONDA IS STILL WAY BETTER!!!!!"thumbsup";-)

This was always my favorite. 600 hp base engine with a 1,000 hp optional engine . I actually got to sit in one of these at an auto show unveiling. Too bad these never made it to production as these were awesome looking cars...

true, at least your car is pronouncable (not sure if thats a word), i cant say the same for the Konij...ahh forget it :D

found this:

Zonda...............................Koenigsegg CCX

2756 lbs...........................2601 lb
V12.................................V8
7291 cc............................4712 cc
555 bhp @ 5900 rpm...........806 bhp at 6900
553 lb-ft @ 4050 rpm..........678 lbf·ft of torque at 5700
0-60 mph: 3.5 sec..............0-62 mph 3.2 sec
0-100 mph: 8 sec...............0-100 mph 7.7 seconds
220 mph top speed.............245+ (listed as plus because they ran out of road)

and then theres the CCXR, the envoromently freindly bio fuel powered version, making 1004 bhp"thumbsup"
and then theres the CCGT, specs havent been released yet.

Brute raw power with Italian flair for me.

I have driven 2 of them. Had a smile blasted on my face for a good week or two.

 IMHO the older Lambos are much better looking.

Krawlin , everybody knows what a Pagani is.

Stang Killa SS, thanks for the pics of the Koenigsegg CCGT.

One of my favs is the Speed 8 and the DBR-9

Zonda R

cant argue with carbon fiber:shock:

Yeah I've seen that pic before... its such a bad a** looking car! And in my original post in this thread I had about the Zonda, I think I mentioned that they are all made of carbon fiber. Oh BTW, I have a convertible unpainted carbon fiber Zonda as my wall paper (like the one in the pic only a convertible.) Although, I dont think I would like the convertible one. I like the whole "bubble" style cabin. One thing I would like to see on one of these is one with some realistic flames painted on it.

"The much anticipated and buzzed model of Lamborghini, "Reventon", was revealed in Frankfurt by the maker Volkswagen Group."

Wow, VW huh?

Ehhhhh, I'll take a worked over Vette. With the 1.3+ million I have left over I'll by a few other toys to play with.

Speed limit is still only 70 MPH, so unless your moving to Germany, no need for it.

Beautiful car though.

me and you would get along good.
GM fans, desert fans. lost brothers?

I like them all , But ill stick with my 94 and 84 toyota's . Just incase I feel like going down a dirt road once in a while.;-)

The Reventon is reinventing the square blocky look of the countach days I guess. Looks like a murcilago (sp?) that was reworked by some one who had no experience with creating curves. Almost looks like the car was in a wreck or something.

I'm with you! A Z06 vette with the race options is the best bang for the buck there is!
