I am loving my Tilt!! I tried alot of them out before I got it and this is what I settled on.

Hold out for the BB Storm...I am pilot testing the Curve for my company...it is nice but just a pretty 8700...

BB are great Data managers but as a phone they are terrible. Several people carry two phones the BB for Data and then another phone for calls.

The Storm is supposed to solve that problem with the touch screen. Verizon is estimating a launch in Nov 08...My test Storm is on order...

The i phone is neat but it one of the most uncomfortable phones I've ever used. If you have a GF or wife that calls you alot don't get one, plus the battery life sucks especially if your using the net.

There are many ways to fix battery life not limited to the iPhone. Unfortunately any phone on Edge or 3G networks, or roaming will use more power, thats just how it works.

Turning off the Wi-Fi and the GPS function of my iPhone 3G has tripled talk and battery life. Who needs Wi-Fi, 3G isn't much slower in many cases.

If you go Verizon you can't get an iPhone, or any phone with downloadable movies, apps, games or in many cases the "REAL internet". I'm got very tired of BlackBerry's fake mobile web browsing and even more tired of its poor action as a phone.

my vote is for the
Verizon Wireless XV6800

touch screen, slide out full qwerty keyboard, and windows mobile

really easy to sync w/ my comp

noooooo go with the moto q 9c i had the 6800 or the mogul from sprint and it got really slow and its a little weird to carry around. the 9 c has been one of the better phones i have had. battery life is great. ( its one of the few smart phones i have used that you dont have to charge every night) with moderate use: instant email updates or every 5 min (can't remember) I keep up with my server instantly. and prolly 100 - 300 texts a day and only have to charge every 3 days. texts are threaded ( like im'ing) internet is and has been faster than the 3g stuff which is like 3 years old now, EV-DO ftw. bright screen / keyboard and auto dimming back light helps in the sun to adjust so you can see it.

over all great phone. i have unlimited data, texts, + phone and insurance for 42 a month so im sticking with sprint for now "thumbsup"

I got the 6800 when it first came out and the touch screen was cool for a little while but its not practicle in the least. it dirtys extremly quick and you have to use a stylus untill you get good using your thumb. and it has a problem with the ram. it barley can run internet explorer and then recieve a text. its not a problem with software but hardware. get the moto q 9c and you wont be dissapointed if you want to return the blackberry. :-P hope this helps.

Another vote for the "Q" here"thumbsup" Easy, thin, holds a charge for 2 days with plenty of surfing and talking/texting. On the web with it and it's fast! At our last comp I was on RCC all day (IN the buy-sell-trade) forum;-) surfing like I was on my home computer! One of the guys there had his laptop and I was surfing 2X faster than him! I've had 0 probs out of mine and I beat the crap out of it. As for the I-Phone.....I do like them, but I have several friends go through like 4-5 of them. Screen going out, one drop and it's trashed, and they always have to charge them.....Just my 2 cents;-)

Those gay Iphone users can't even recieve picture text messages....

Email it, infact email all pictures, 50 of them if you want (not 1 at a time)...less stress on the SMS system and less cost to users (or those with unlimited plans less cost to the company = less cost of business and lower bills).

iPhone is a good bet. Completely worth the price of admission.

If you actually have useability in mind, you won't regret the purchase.

Funny that you would disagree with me Kenneth. Your stubby little sausage fingers couldn't run one anyway...

At least I can drive a vehicle without blocks on the pedals.

Touch screen texting is way to slow. I have a Samsung Alias because it is fast with it's qwerty keyboard and small like a Razor. I had many phones that do everything. I like my phones to actually make calls when needed. I have a Laptop for all of the other BS.

Ouch!

Anyone have an opinion on the HTC Touch, I got 30 days to exchange it. Or what about the new Black Berry Storm, its like an iPhone.

Here is a link to the HTC.

And the Storm. You can also change the keyboard so that it is qwerty.

Funny all people do is trash the iPhone and yet...every "top of the line" new phone seems to only steal from the Apple design.

Blackberry's are ok, but they are better email machines than anything else. Their web is still fake browsing using mobile codes. Their calling has been lack luster, its not a phone never was meant to be, but it works.

HTC I tried finding reviews, seems its just not popular, I did like it before the Instinct, but no one raved about it anywhere. I ended up just waiting it out and got an iPhone, I don't want a copy of something I want the original.

I surf the net perfect with my curve. And being able to snatch wifi in certain areas is great. I can even store my conection from my home PC and use it while out and about as wifi. Makes it fun when logging into forums and such.

Iphones are nice for fashion. I think BB are a mixture of both.
