I think we all need to agree on something before making XR width tubes:

What C hubs and knuckles do you want with XR width?

Me personally, I don't care. The knuckles I use are adaptable to most any c hub ar44 included. If the housings were to use wraith/xr c hubs it would make sense considering they'd use "xr" axle shafts anyway. Keep things simplified for the end user.

agreed"thumbsup"

any plans to release your own axle shafts, SSD? if so, i like the idea of retaining AR44 knuckles/Cs... whatever you decide to do, i just hope we have an option for an offset diff "thumbsup"

Nails it. SSD do it, we all want to give you our money. [emoji1360]

Is there any reason you didn't complete the whole design package by eliminating the bolt on link mounts? I don't see any advantage to that design.
The original AX/SCX-10 housing & link mount was built in with no issues, just curious why you continued the bolt on design?
A round tube would be less to hangup on.

I understand this question wasn’t directed towards me but I personally like having to customize my own mounts, for example if I need a tad more weight in the front or rear to level things out I can simply remove or install a couple oz. of weight with brass Beeftubes mounts.

Totally agree. Mine shipped today and am stoked to handle them. Already have the beef tube shock mounts to install.

Hi SSD,

Can you please consider making a CNC machined aluminium transmission case that replaces the stock version in the SCX10-II? Something like the SCX-10 version linked below, but with the same motor mounting geometry and internal parts compatibility with the standard SCx10-ii kit tranny. In other words a complete replca of the axial tranny, but in CNC machined aluminium.

Scale Transmission Kit for SCX10

Thanks

Mine will be here tomorrow. Psyched to get them built. So happy to have SSD doing what they do. All these quality innovative parts and they raise the bar for customer service without price gouging every little thing they can.

I’d also like to see a drop in XR width option using Wraith/Bomber/SMT10 inner Cs and knuckles or AR44 inner Cs and knuckles as long as the Axial XR width universals are compatible with them. It’d be nice to keep it so off the shelf parts can be easily picked up to complete an axle build or for replacements and repairs.
