Newcastle Scale Adventure

Last night we started building a steel tower with two mega suspension bridges off of it, I know some of you don't like heights so it will be a bonus gate but it is definitely one of a kind. I'll post some pics when we get er done!

have the crew coming up Saturday morning, so we will up Saturday for some scale building"thumbsup" then fun on sunday...

I'll be heading to Elio's Friday afternoon, bringing all the woodworking tools needed. I plan on bringing up some nice cut offs of mahogany, pine, cheery, fir etc. No need for power as I have a 10,000 watt power inverter in the truck. With any luck I'll be bring three rigs too.

I know it's a week from now but getting stoked as I have seen the pics and didn't make it last time.

Looking forward to scaling with everybody.

Cheers.

P.S. I'll bring my own sandwich, LOL!

Todd, you know, indo need some shelves in my garage :-) maybe a work bench on the wall hehehhe. I say you skip elios Friday and just come to my house instead. SORRY ZONKERD

There's nothing saying that I could not work that into the schedule? Work bench might be to much, but shelves? Never know. You buy the wood and brackets, could be possible. Well you will have to get permission from Zonkerd and Doug. :lmao:

Not like you will get this but shelves are a breeze.

Trust me if their wasn't so much work to do at doug's I'd definitely ask ya to swing on by.

And damnnnnnn that's a sweet shelf/display. Great for wine bottles. Can Let The Wife See This. She'd end up trading you all my rc trucks to have this done to our house

Just finished building the tower of terror. It's absolutely nuts! But drivable. Brian made the Maiden voyage across the entire length. On his way back he drove off, bout seven feet to the ground:(

But it was wet, and dark!

I'll post some pics first thing in the morning!

Wow! Looks killer. I'd be willing to kill the hard body on that. Looks like a tight turn at the top.
