Got that, I almost won't ship unless I can do it Priority Mail from my house. One reason I part out so much.

Such a shame!!

lol, Very expensive truck to bash with. Mine was all FTed out with a Mamba Max and 2200KV motor. Actually always thought my eRevo BL was almost as fast for a lot less dough and my MGT 8.0 was just plain insane but I could only keep it in tune for a season and it ate clutches.

Well, don't doubt the eRevo could be as fast as thats all down to gearing/tire and motor/battery selection. I owned a eRevo (had a TMaxx for awhile when I first got back into it) but the RC8T (and pretty much any of its contemporaries, i.e. 8T, D8T, etc.) are so better trucks for bashing even being race vehicles; handle better, fly better, and frankly so much tougher. Downside would be the center diff, but only if you wanna do wheels or backflips all the time.

Personally I run a Neu-Castle 1518 on 6S. Probably go with the Neu-Castle 1520 on 6S if my "5th" scale plans ever come to fruition.

No doubt its expensive, but with the cheap chinese batteries, its not as bad.

That all being said I have been thinking of getting a used Slash 4x4 (even though not really a Traxxas fan) as a smaller, go-fast... something that can be run on 3S.

Slash 4x4 is still my favorite to drive.

I love my Mini ERevo, it's a blast! Perhaps my favorite to drive.
I don't care what anyone says about Traxxas, they do what they do and they do it well "thumbsup"

I think Traxxas is the best vendor. Perfect support, they back up the trucks no question asked.

Produce crap? ;) :flipoff:

I think funniest thing to come out of Traxxas recently was Kyle Busch's Craftsman Truck, based of course on the MERV chassis like about 50 thousand other Traxxas vehicles. Yet, its not even close to being anywhere scale... NASCARs are RWD solid rear axle, not AWD fully IS! Amusing, very amusing.

HPI is pretty much the same way.

Yes they are. I have a 5B and there servo went out. Took a picture and e-mail HPI. They sent a brand new up graded one free. I was told they are trying to the same a Traxxas with customer service.

I thought you had a ERevo... hmm, I know you have the Savage Flux. I thought you had both though, sorry

Nah...

RC8Te (pride and joy?)
Savage Flux (either standard or Baja conversion)
Savage XL Nitro (LRP engine)
SC10
XXXT
XR10
SCX10 "Honcho"
Sprint 2 (broken)

That's all I got. I wouldn't mind getting rid of the XXXT, but just not sure I'd get enough out of it to make it worthwhile.

Otherwise, I would like to (once parts become more available) to put together a Wraith based truck that uses one of my 2200kv motors. :)

just got these for a build, and omg they are beef...
