Yo, DL...
Is it possible to swing the motor mount all the way to the left so that the motor/pinion are left of the spur in this pic?
Cool man! Class 1?
Do you plan on using a transfercase? I'm not quite sure I understand what your trying to do.
You can mount that setup on either side of the transmission if you have a transmission that allows you to switch the top shaft to be reversed like a stock axial case or a vanquish case.
As far as swinging the motor plate around, it looks like it could work except you might have to move the motor plates location on the center block and hope the holes line up for the adjustment screw. Even if it does, it seems like the motor is going to be hanging off the side a bit much.
I'll look at it tonight.. Might be able to turn the block around as well.
Chris, yours is easy. Just need to make a crossmember to mount the setup in either the front or rear then run a driveshaft from there to the transfercase.
For those of you that don't know, Hot Doug's is the best sausage shop in the Chicagoland area!
You heard it here... Johnny likes the sausage!!!
You know it! I'm not the only guy in town that loves Doug's sausages!
That's awesome! I took a client there two weeks ago and she loved it! We had a Rueben dog and it was great! Totally worth the wait...on a weekday.
