One of the cool things about the Dinky DDK is it uses Axial trans gears... in both the transfer case and gear reduction unit.

Jason, I got my new 7950.. plugged it in, same thing. It's weak & limited to the left. So, I figured it must be some transmitter setting that I played with or something.. So, I go straight to steering EPA's and they are still where I set them to.. left is set to a lesser value than right because that's how It ended up being.. that's where I wanted my end points at the time of setup. So, I bump up the values going left and it goes further left... I'm like "wtf?".. dude, it was the EPA's that was limiting the movement to the left. Obviously, I know that that's what its for but, I figured it was still where I set it and it was. So, I'm guessing that my servo arm jumped or something.. I know I didn't loctite or crank down the clamping screw on my horn because I was just going to the GTG for a trial run but, I'm thinking thats what it was. The arm jumped.. and created a sort of manual EPA decrease to the left.. I'll have to reset the servo arm and adjust my EPA's again and run it for a while and see how it goes. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the servo being opened up for WP'ing at this point. Well, I needed a spare 7950 anyways. "thumbsup"

Jason's waterproofing reputation remains flawless folks! :ror:

So kept finding worn/ severed wires on my steering servos and hoped I could just fix the wire. But no such luck

Looks like I need to order some servos.
Found some brand new. 1976 era hitec servos and my moms house changed the plug and good to go.
For now, I'm sure those are old plastic gear servos that won't last one good bash

But, is will be ready.
Time to order som pizza find som beer and get back to work

bumming? Is that like.. going around putting your bum on stuff?

I've been running bearings but have gone through a few so I picked up some HPI (I think) bushings but haven't installed them yet.

There's a thread in he Wraith section that talks about it but you can look in the manual for the correct bearing size and then just order bushings.
