Couple of dumb questions. What could be used to turn a crawler king into a decent MT . And are parts easy to get . I hope I didn't just get a truck that will ne discounted soon and parts will be hard to get. Thank you
What do you mean by MT? There is a lot you can do with a Crawler King/Wheely King this is the truck I first started with and had alot of fun with. I'm not up on that model whether or not it's discontinued but I do know parts availability is good for it."thumbsup"
if you want a monster truck out of a crawler king, then you have a good base. its the same as the wheely king except it has an extended wheel base and a higher turn crawler motor then the Wk.
look on here and youtube, i know there are some good info in those videos.
Crawler King links and driveshafts, e-savage ring and pinions, nitro rs4 diff spiders, 3800kv China brushless motor with 60a esc, Traxxas slipper, mod1 pinion for transmission gears. Stock tires with RPM Revolver front stampede wheels all around
I have a set of hpi wheely king axles with aluminum knuckles, aluminum c hubs, aluminum rear lock outs, MIP cvd’s on front axle. I’d consider selling for $140 shipped.
